I hate having slow days at work, they day just drags on and I have nothing to do, so I decided to add a post!
My sweet cravings are actually going down, I am doing a lot better in handling them. I am hitting the gym as often as I can and I am still calorie counting.
I read that loosing weight is 30% exercise 70% diet, and I am slowly believing this is true.
Here is what I had today
2 bowls of special K cereal which is 280 calories
Then Low fat Milk to go with my cereal 220
My breakfast was 480 calorie.
Lunch I had a turkey sub from quiznos no cheese 500 calories.
After Each meal I am making it a habit to log it into my calorie counter, and its eye opening to see how above or below the total dalily calories I am close too.
Todays weigh in 245.5!
I know how hard it is to stay away from sweets! As I am a serious sugar addict myself. I don't know why my body wants it, but it seems to want it all the time. I've tried lots of diets (weight watchers/ LA weightloss- to the tune of over $2000 dollars) & yeah I lost some weight, but never could get rid of my sugar cravings. Until I recently tried an appetite suppressant (all natural). And OMG they are actually working. They curb my carb & sugar cravings. I can actually walk away & not eat it. There is a god!
