Still going strong

I am finished almost one week of avoiding sugar and I am doing great. The craving are gradually going away. I am working out still sticking to the routine. One time last thursday  i went to spinning class twice! Once in the morning and again in the evening. My calorie counter said i was in the negatives of my calories.


My current weight 243.3!

SLOWW DAY TO WORK

I hate having slow days at work, they day just drags on and I have nothing to do, so I decided to add a post!

My sweet cravings are actually going down, I am doing a lot better in handling them. I am hitting the gym as often as I can and I am still calorie counting.

I read that loosing weight is 30% exercise 70% diet, and I am slowly believing this is true.

Here is what I had today

2 bowls of special K cereal which is 280 calories
Then Low fat Milk to go with my cereal 220

My breakfast was 480 calorie.

Lunch  I had a turkey sub from quiznos no cheese 500 calories.


After Each meal I am making it a habit to log it into my calorie counter, and its eye opening to see how above or below the total dalily calories I am close too.

Todays weigh in 245.5!

Determination

I am determined to loose my weight . I have tried many times in the past, which at one time I was successful is doing so but I unfortunately gained everything back.

At one point in my life, I use to drink a lot. I was going through somethings and drinking unfortunately helped ( even though it caused more problems for me besides my weight).  So if you start to drink a lot at one point because you are not feeling so happy, I would recommend to put that drink down and talk to a friend, ( a friend who has their head on straight and is not a drinker )

So I am exercising with my current routine, the one I said in an earlier post. I am calorie counting, everything I consume is measured properly and entered into my phone. ( I found the website, its www.myfitnesspal.com)

And I have not had a drink in the longest time ( at least more than 5 months now) and giving up alcohol for this project is the greatest thing I have done.

I am at work right now so I am not able to weigh my self

This morning I have consumed 758 calories, which means I have 1,542 calories left for the day.

Yesterday I was 449 calories under my goal ( the goal is 2,240 calories a day, to loose 1.5 lbs a week)

Update

I am one day 4 of fighting my sugar cravings, I am doing better. I havent had anything. Had a wonderfu workout at the gym, where I burned almost 600 calories.

I am still using my app, and I love it. I think its great. I consumed 1664, which mean I have 1,149 calories left for the day. With this app, I feel like I am being watched and I am being really good and accurate about what I enter.

Today was an overall good day. Weigh in 247.7

New Years Resolution

My new years resolution is has already started, I am going to start tracking my calories to enhance my weight loss.

I have the app called, My fitness pal for my Droid. Not sure if it is on Iphone or not.

I really like it, the food database includes everything you can possibly imgaine, and its really easy to use.

so the achieve my weight, i need to eat 2700 calories a day and I am already at 1021 calories. The app will adjust everything when you enter your workout and things like that.

 I am going to try to stay close to my BMR, which is 2400.
