I have read from numerous sources, that the best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, when you wake up before you eat anything. Your weight is most accurate then. The sources also say that you should weigh yourself 1x a week to know where you stand.
I am going to go rogue and d it my way:
I will weigh myself everyday at these times: After I come from the gym ( which is in the evening as I work throughout the day ) and on weekends I will follow the protocol of weighing myself first thing in the morning.
So as of right now me stats are: 26 yr old male, 6'4'' weighing in at 250 lbs.
The jouney begins....
