Here are some weight loss basics we should know:
It burn 1 pound of fat, 3,500 calories are needed to burn/day. ( I am going to look more into this, seems like a lot to burn in one day)
BODY MASS INDEX (BMI) : Normal BMI is between 18 - 24.9, mine is 30 :( . Its a starting point to learn your BMI. You can google a BMI calculator to find out what yours is.
BASAL METABOLIC RATE : It is the amount of calories needed to carry out body functions, heart beating, lungs breathing etc. Again you can find calculators on the internet. Mine is 2399.9. So if I eat about 500 calories than my BMR, it will aid my weight loss process.
This is going to be more work than I though! But nothing comes easy!
