Everyone get those sugar cravings. Sometime out of now where I think to myself, " Man I could go for a scoop of Ice Cream"
I read that these cravings will happen, but you have to fight them. If you are successfully fighting the sugar cravings in about 1 - 2 weeks they should be fully gone. I am on day 2.
Whenever I get a sugar craving, I found this to me a healthy alternative I go make or grab a protein shake. 250 calories, 24 gms of protein, 3 grams of sugar, I don't remember the rest. But for me it gets rid of that craving. So I am fighting these sugar cravings.
I stopped drinking regular soda, I ve switched from regular Coke to Coke 0. So I will keep everyone updated on how it goes.
With the time change that happened this past Sunday, I got up early and went straight to the gym. They offer spinning in the morning on Sundays at 9 and I went to it. I went to spinning 3xs this past week!
