So as apart of my journey I will be going to the gym as often I can. (4-5x a week) Here is what my workout consists of :
CARDIO:
30 mins on the elliptical Machine: Average 450 calories burned
Tues and Thurs: I try to do spinning class: |1 hour class where approx 575 - 1000 calories can be burned. NOT BAD!
ABS
300 sit ups
Weights
4 sets of Tricep Dip/Extension 15 reps per set ( all will be 15 reps)
4 sets of biceps curl
4 sets of 15 working out my Lats
4 sets of Chest Press
4 sets of Fly machine ( working out chest )
4 sets of shoulder lift ( I hate working out shoulders so I do it every other day)
On days I go to spinning, I wont be doing my 30 mins on the elliptical, but I will still do the weights.
So this is my offical gym routine!!

ReplyDeleteActually when I was first making the blog that is how I typed it in but the name was taken. So the blog gave those automatic name suggestions I went with that and that is how I landed on this name.
