Determination

I am determined to loose my weight . I have tried many times in the past, which at one time I was successful is doing so but I unfortunately gained everything back.

At one point in my life, I use to drink a lot. I was going through somethings and drinking unfortunately helped ( even though it caused more problems for me besides my weight).  So if you start to drink a lot at one point because you are not feeling so happy, I would recommend to put that drink down and talk to a friend, ( a friend who has their head on straight and is not a drinker )

So I am exercising with my current routine, the one I said in an earlier post. I am calorie counting, everything I consume is measured properly and entered into my phone. ( I found the website, its www.myfitnesspal.com)

And I have not had a drink in the longest time ( at least more than 5 months now) and giving up alcohol for this project is the greatest thing I have done.

I am at work right now so I am not able to weigh my self

This morning I have consumed 758 calories, which means I have 1,542 calories left for the day.

Yesterday I was 449 calories under my goal ( the goal is 2,240 calories a day, to loose 1.5 lbs a week)

  1. I hope you lose the weight. I've done the same thing—lost it only to regain it. I used to drink a lot in my youth. Fortunately, I don't anymore. It's been 20 years since I was seriously drunk. It's been more than 10 years since I've had more than two.

  2. My my.. you are doing one of the hardest things required to lose weight i.e to follow a strict diet regularly apart from curbing the drinking habit. Unfortunately I am not able to do things like this and hence switched to best weight loss pills to decrease my weight. Slowly but surely the pills are working.
